Russell Adair is an image photographer, make-up artist, stylist, industry consultant, and judge. He has written, directed, judged and been a consultant for many modeling, talent and pageant events- in the US, Caribbean, Mexico City and Canada. He has discovered and launched the careers of many successful models and actors of all ages.

He discovered Kimberly Aiken at age 14, guiding her modeling and pageant career to her Miss America win, and sang with Kimilee Karyn Bryant, Miss South Carolina who starred on Broadway in Phantom. He has also performed at the Miss SC-USA twice and judged Miss Teen SC, Miss NC Teen USA, Miss Coastal Empire, SC Talent America, Miss Virginia Teen USA, Miss NC Teen USA, SC Queen of Roses, NC Cover Miss, Miss Millennium USA, Miss Beaufort and Orangeburg Counties, Miss Savannah and SC Queen of Hearts Pageant.

Russell has more than 20 years experience photographing successful international fashion models, Hollywood actors, recording artists, TV news anchors, public speakers, beauty queens including, Miss USA and Miss America state titleholders, New York models, Hollywood stylist, and more. In addition he has photographed for commercial clients, modeling agencies, magazine covers, cosmetic campaigns, and stills for TV commercials, films, and music videos. Over the years he has conducted workshop/seminars and lectures on the following topics including: Creating the Right Image in the Recording Industry, What it Takes to be a Successful Model, Projecting a Professional Image, Developing your Portfolio and Composite Card, The Crucial Keys of Projecting Confidence and How to Interview with Skill, Personal Appearance and Development Consultation, Create your Image, Make-up, Makeover Consultation, Runway and Modeling Workshops. Russell has been very proficient with interview coaching, media training and talent coordination for Miss SC in preparation for Miss America, Miss Teen SC, Miss Virginia Teen- USA, Miss NC - USA and Miss SC - USA and Teen - USA's in preparation for Miss USA and Teen USA pageants respectively, Talent and Wardrobe Coordinator for competitions.
